Omar Shamir Reynoso
Omar Shamir Reynoso was born and raised in Samaná, a small coastal province of the Dominican Republic. He is a marine biologist, navigator and connoisseur of the coastal waters and marine zones within the country. He studied marine mammal conservation issues since the beginning of his professional career and has worked for several government agencies in the sector. Also, he’d been involved in various projects to promote marinas, tourist destinations and other facilities for recreational and commercial vessels.

Marina Vesanovic-Dvornik
Born and raised on the coast, passionate about the sea and customer service. After graduating Hotel Management in Croatia, she became a General Manager of Villa Serena Hotel at the age of 26. Her yachting career started as a hobby, sailing around Caribbean, until her friend told her about getting into the industry full time.
“After six months living and working in Dominican Republic, I realized I hadn’t worn the proper shoes the entire time. Walking barefoot is one of my favorite things to do.”
